Welcome to Brothers-Brew. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our websiterothers-Brew.com and the purchase of our non-alcoholic hop beverages ("Products"). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or checking out, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase Products.
1. Eligibility

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase Products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
Orders are accepted upon shipment confirmation email. Prices, availability, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
We strive for accuracy in Product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors may occur. If a Product is mispriced, we may cancel the order and refund you.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are in USD and exclude shipping, taxes, and fees (added at checkout via real-time rates from Shippo).
Payment is processed securely by our providers (e.g., Wix Payments/Stripe). We do not store full card details.
You agree to pay all charges, including any applicable taxes.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship via carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx (rates calculated live at checkout).
Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
All sales are final. No cash refunds or returns for change of mind.
For damaged/defective Products or if unsatisfied, we offer replacements (see our Return & Replacement Policy).
Products are perishable food items; no physical returns required for health/safety reasons.

Our Products are non-alcoholic hop beverages (under 0.00% ABV).
We make no health claims beyond standard beverage info. Consult a professional for dietary concerns.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos) is owned by us or licensed. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Products are provided "as is" without warranties (except replacements as noted).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, losses, or injuries from Product use.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, USA.
Disputes shall be resolved in Barry County Michigan courts.
