At Brothers Brew, we’re committed to getting your non-alcoholic hop beverages to you fresh, fast, and in perfect condition. All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our facility in Michigan.
Shipping Rates & Options We use real-time carrier-calculated rates powered by Shippo to provide accurate, competitive pricing at checkout. Available carriers include USPS (Ground Advantage, Priority Mail), UPS (Ground, Ground Saver), and others based on your location and order details.

Orders under $50: Paid shipping applies (rates calculated live based on weight, dimensions, and destination).

Orders $50 and over: Free standard shipping (typically USPS Ground Advantage or equivalent, 2–5 business days estimated). Faster/expedited options are always available for an additional fee.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, complete with tracking information.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and based on carrier estimates:

Standard/Ground: 2–5 business days (USPS/UPS)

Priority/Express: 1–3 business days (when selected) These are estimates only—we are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time. Due to the perishable nature of beverages, we do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers—please provide a physical address.
Packaging Your hop beverages are fragile, so we pack them with care: sturdy corrugated boxes, protective padding, and internal cushioning to minimize damage during transit. We mark packages as "Fragile" when appropriate.
Tracking & Updates Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email. You can also view order status in your Brothers Brew account.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us within 14 days of the ship date—we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it and may send a replacement at our discretion.
Damaged Shipments Please inspect your order upon arrival. If items arrive damaged, follow our Return & Replacement Policy (replacements provided with photo proof).
