Return & Replacement Policy
All sales of our non-alcoholic hop beverages are final, and we do not offer cash refunds or returns for change of mind.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you're unsatisfied with the taste or quality for any reason, we will gladly send you a replacement product at no extra cost.
How to Request a Replacement:
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order via email at John@brothers-brew.com or phone at 616-389-3809.
Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
For damaged items, please include photos showing the damage (e.g., broken bottles, leaked packaging) as proof—this helps us process your request quickly and improve our shipping.
Once approved, we'll arrange a free replacement shipment. (We may ask you to dispose of the original product responsibly, as beverages cannot be returned to us due to food safety regulations.)
We reserve the right to deny replacement requests if they appear fraudulent or abusive.
